At Saugatuck Middle School, 6th-8th graders learn and grow in a supportive, close-knit environment that prepares them for a smooth transition to high school. Small classes, individualized instruction, and early supports ensure every student is challenged and supported.

Alongside rigorous core classes, students explore interests through electives like Spanish, art, band, technology, and leadership. A trimester schedule opens doors to discovery across disciplines.

Learning goes beyond the classroom with clubs such as Quiz Bowl, Youth in Government, and Destination Imagination, plus athletics from soccer and basketball to track and sailing. Students build teamwork, leadership, and confidence while developing the skills to succeed in high school and beyond.
